• Profile photo (captured via device camera or selected from gallery)

1.2 Device & Usage Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device model and operating system
• App version
• IP address
• Usage data (how the app is used, errors/crashes for improvement)

2. Camera & Photo Access

The App requests access to your device camera and gallery only for the purpose of allowing drivers to upload or capture a profile photo. We do not record video or use the camera in the background. Photos taken are uploaded only to your driver account and used to identify and manage driver profiles.

3. Location Data

We collect location information to provide core features of the App:

• Show your real-time position to customers
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Enable background location updates during active trips
• Improve navigation and route accuracy

Location is collected only when the App is running and when needed for active trips. We do not sell or share raw location data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Foreground & Background Services

The App uses foreground and background services to maintain driver status, deliver ride requests, and ensure trip accuracy. These services operate only to support App functions and do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for operation.

5. Notifications

We use push notifications to:

• Notify drivers of new ride requests
• Send trip updates and important alerts

We do not use notifications for unsolicited marketing.

6. Storage & Media Access

We may request permission to access device storage to:

• Upload profile photos
• Cache map tiles and temporary data to improve performance

We do not access or modify personal files beyond what is required for these functions.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your driver account
• Verify driver identity
• Manage trips and communications
• Provide customer and driver support
• Improve App performance and features

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Google Maps and Firebase. These services may collect data as described in their own privacy policies.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data during transmission and storage, including encryption where appropriate. However, no transmission method over the internet is completely secure.

• Withdraw permissions such as camera or location (note: withdrawing some permissions may disable features)
